1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application to the World Music Olympics (“the Competition”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the official Rules & Regulations issued by the Committee.

2. Eligibility
​
The Competition is open to musicians and composers of all nationalities. Age categories are determined based on the applicant’s birthdate as of the official deadline.

3. Application Process

Preliminary Round submissions are free of charge.

Advancement to the First Round requires payment of a €99 registration fee per section.

All submitted materials must be original and created by the applicant.

Payments are processed via PayPal.

The registration fee is non-refundable.
4. Evaluation and Results

Jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Results will be communicated via email.

5. Awards and Recognition
​​

Distinctions are awarded solely based on artistic merit.

Selected laureates may be featured in official publications and promotional materials.

Digital certificates will be issued within 30 days of the final announcement.

6. Intellectual Property
​​​
By submitting materials, applicants grant the Committee non-exclusive rights to use their name, image, and submitted works for promotional and archival purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
​​
The Committee is not responsible for technical issues related to submission, payment processing, or internet access. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the applicant’s own judgement.

8. Amendments
​​
The Committee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website and will apply to all future applicants.
